Alec Miloslavsky

As Executive Chairman, Alec Miloslavsky has responsibility for the strategic direction, product and technology management of Exigen Insurance Solutions. Alec has over 20 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurial leadership. Previously, Alec co-founded and was Chairman of Exigen Services, a global application outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, Alec co-founded Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and served as CTO from its inception. Alec helped lead Genesys through its successful initial public offering and subsequent sale to Alcatel (NASDAQ: ALU) for $1.9 billion in 1999. This exit generated 30x returns to shareholders. Following the acquisition, Alec played a key role with the integration of Genesys into the Alcatel organization. Alec is a Partner at Exigen Capital and serves as Chairman of Exigen Services, Ltd. and Exigen Services (USA). He is a board member of Exiliti.

Greg Shenkman

Greg Shenkman co-founded Exigen Capital in 2007, focusing on investments in the financial services, media, and telecommunications industries. As a seasoned corporate executive, he is a catalyst for the creation of new transformational business and investment models. He has a proven 20 year track record of generating significant returns to shareholders through operational innovation, having founded and built two highly successful transformational plays. As Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Genesys – the world’s leading provider of contact center software – Greg grew Genesys to $250 million in sales, took it public, and sold it to Alcatel (NASDAQ: ALU) in 1999 for $1.9 billion. This exit generated 30x returns to shareholders. Later, Greg co-founded and was initially Chairman of Exigen Services, a uniquely value-focused application outsourcing company. Greg is a board member of EquaTrax, ExpertMarkets and Prestige International.

Jim Logan

Jim Logan is a recognized leader in the convergence of corporate and IT issues to improve business efficiency, with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Exigen, Jim served as a SVP and CIO for MetLife, where he led an organization of 3,200 technical professionals and managed an annual budget in excess of $600 million. At MetLife, he also initiated and completed a strategic re-structuring of the firm’s IT organization, led technology integration efforts with respect to large M&A transactions in the personal lines P&C, individual life insurance and group health businesses, and was responsible for managing and delivering the technology required to support MetLife's transformation from a mutual to a stock company.

Mark Feuer

Mark Feuer is the former CEO of U.S. business at Marsh, the world's leading insurance broker and business risk advisor. In addition to responsibility for day-to-day Marsh operations in the U.S., Mark led the U.S. Middle Market and Small Commercial segments and served on the firm's Executive Committee. Prior to Marsh, Mark spent 10 years at Merrill Lynch in several leadership positions including the head of the Merrill Lynch Trust Company and Private Banking & Investment Group Platform and COO of the Global Private Client Americas group.

Wilhelm Zeller

Wilhelm Zeller served as the Chairman of the Executive Board at Hannover Re for 13 years until his retirement in June 2009. Under Wilhelm's guidance, Hannover Re grew in standing from sixth to third largest reinsurer in the world. His strategy of efficient capital management, active cycle management and a focus on profitability – as well as the strategically important expansion of life reinsurance business – made Hannover Re into the world's second most profitable reinsurer.

Prior to joining Hannover Re, Wilhelm was a member of the Executive Board of Cologne Re from 1977 through 1995. In 1995, he also became a  Member of the Executive Council of General Re Corporation, Cologne Re's new principal shareholder. Earlier in his career, Wilhelm served as the Head of the Casualty Department and International Department Non-Life at Zurich Insurance Company. Currently, he serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Axis Capital Holdings. He is also a Member of the Board of Coface Deutschland. Wilhelm has received numerous awards and recognitions from worldwide trade periodicals including Reinsurance Personality of the Year, Reinsurance Company of the Year (five times), the Innovation of the Year and The Review magazine Lifetime Achievement Award. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany.

Gwen Spertell

As President, Gwen Spertell has responsibility for the strategic direction, sales, marketing and customer relationship aspects of Exigen Insurance Solutions. Gwen has over twenty years of business leadership experience in silicon valley software and solution companies. Her strong focus on delivering value to customers, P&L management and business building strategy has allowed companies to capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenues, profits and growth in equity value. Prior to joining Exigen Insurance Solutions, Gwen served as CEO and President of Liquid Engines, where she grew the corporate tax optimization and management software company to serve the Fortune 1000 market. Prior to this, Gwen served as President and CEO of Intelligent Results, where she was instrumental in transforming the unstructured data company into a predictive analytics company. Earlier, Gwen worked for BackWeb Technologies as COO.  Prior to joining BackWeb, she spent eight years with Oracle in executive positions, with her last position being Vice President of Global ISV Alliances. Gwen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
