Skills and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have 10 – 15 years of experience in software architecture and engineering

Director of SaaS Technical Service Operations

Description

As Director of SaaS Technical Service Operations on the Engineering team, you will oversee the day to day work of our rapidly expanding insurance software development, ensuring service scalability and reliability with an `always on` mindset.

Responsibilities
While acting as a liaison between development teams and corporate operations, you will be a primary escalation point to resolve production/hosting related issues being worked by the team. You will lead various incident, problem and `run-the-business` functions end to end for all offerings, developing and improving processes and managing by metrics. Additionally you will apply your project management skills to coordinating capacity improvements, releases, maintenances and system improvements across competing needs. You are the gateway for production releases, ensuring that new releases meet the needs of Production Operations. You will assist in evaluating infrastructure improvements for long term growth and cost efficiency. You will recognize and promote best practices. This is a fast paced dynamic environment which requires an energetic self starter with creative approaches to solving complex problems. 
Required Skills and Experience
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience systems administration experience managing enterprise working for a software company, preferably in insurance or financial services industries
  • 3 - 5 years in a technical lead position in technology industry
  • 3+ years in a production operations role supporting SaaS offerings
  • Solid experience in project management and troubleshooting
  • Proven success to drive cross-group collaborative efforts on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver issues to completion

Job Purpose

As an Associate Product Manager you will work collaboratively with a team of Product Managers, each with separate responsibilities for a specific product and/or solution. The Product Manager will direct your work on specific projects..

Responsibilities
All aspects of product development including:
  • Support throughout the SDLC, including through implementation and deployment
  • Detailed and extensive business analysis
  • Documentation creation and maintenance
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Configuration of the product and setup on the screen for demonstration
  • Market research and competitive analysis
  • Collaboration with internal Product Managers, and potentially customers to research, identify, and document formal product requirements
  • Manage product marketing and support materials as requested
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of corporate work experience, preferably in the software development or insurance industries
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant /Associate Product Manager, or Business Analyst
  • Possess outstanding business analytical skills as it relates to software and or business processes

Insurance Product Specialist

Job Purpose

Experienced insurance business analyst required to implement large-scale enterprise software applications for the property and casualty insurance industry. Business analysts work as part of our onsite implementation team and play the lead role in educating the customer team about the capabilities of our applications, identifying specific customer requirements, and identifying how those requirements can best be met using our applications.

Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years experience in the Insurance industry focused with background either as an analyst/technology employee of an Insurance company or having acted as a consultant providing services to Insurance companies
  • Three years experience at a property and casualty (P&C) Insurance company
  • Working knowledge of ACORD/LOMA standards helpful, not required
  • Experience working closely with one or more software applications
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for a software project

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Help develop the Insurance industry segment strategy to address key industry challenges to guide innovations on the solution roadmap
  • Design and specify requirements for solution frameworks and incremental solution enhancements leveraging Exigen's capabilities
  • Drive feature function analysis to prioritize solution roadmaps
  • Provide the scenarios for product demos and "flash" presentations

Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Executive Chairman. Executive Assistant will perform all administrative functions to facilitate organizational effectiveness.
