Description
As Director of SaaS Technical Service Operations on the Engineering team, you will oversee the day to day work of our rapidly expanding insurance software development, ensuring service scalability and reliability with an `always on` mindset.

Responsibilities
While acting as a liaison between development teams and corporate operations, you will be a primary escalation point to resolve production/hosting related issues being worked by the team. You will lead various incident, problem and `run-the-business` functions end to end for all offerings, developing and improving processes and managing by metrics. Additionally you will apply your project management skills to coordinating capacity improvements, releases, maintenances and system improvements across competing needs. You are the gateway for production releases, ensuring that new releases meet the needs of Production Operations. You will assist in evaluating infrastructure improvements for long term growth and cost efficiency. You will recognize and promote best practices. This is a fast paced dynamic environment which requires an energetic self starter with creative approaches to solving complex problems.
Required Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience systems administration experience managing enterprise working for a software company, preferably in insurance or financial services industries
- 3 - 5 years in a technical lead position in technology industry
- 3+ years in a production operations role supporting SaaS offerings
- Solid experience in project management and troubleshooting

Job Purpose
Experienced insurance business analyst required to implement large-scale enterprise software applications for the property and casualty insurance industry. Requirements
