Narraganset Bay Insurance Selects PolicyCore and BillingCore in SaaS Deployment

Exigen’s core systems implemented on an innovative SaaS platform are expected to help NBIC grow along the Eastern Seaboard.

NBIC CIO, Mike Anselmo, explained: “Deploying Exigen Insurance Solution’s core systems as SaaS made a great deal of sense for us since these systems deliver security, flexibility, performance and scalability. Additionally, the SaaS deployment keeps us on track with our Project APEX technology objectives of rapid implementation time, low implementation risk and a light IT footprint.”

AAA NCNU Chooses PolicyCore and BillingCore

AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah is implementing PolicyCore and BillingCore for all personal lines of business for its operations spanning 18 states. The systems will allow AAA NCNU to rapidly expand and enhance its insurance product offerings and customer service to millions of members.

Paul Gaffney, Executive Vice President, Operations, AAA NCNU remarked: “We have chosen a partner whose interests are aligned with ours and we are looking forward to a degree of partnership and collaboration well above typical software supplier relationships.”

Hollard Initiates SaaS / BPO Solution with Exigen Suite and Platform

When Hollard Bank & Motor Dealer needed new core systems, its innovative parent company took a typically innovative approach. Instead of finding a solution for M&B alone, Hollard decided to set up an insurance business process utility (BPU) running on Exigen Suite and Exigen Platform that could be shared by other divisions and other insurers. The project, named Exiliti, is a joint venture between South Africa based Hollard and Exigen Capital that gives the insurer economy of scale and a multi-tenancy platfom for its diverse global products and partnerships.

Gregory Smith brings an extensive knowledge of insurer operations to the key role of VP, Client Relationships. Greg has over 30 years in P&C insurance business and technology management. He served as SVP at CSAA and oversaw all aspects of a $1.6 billion personal lines insurance portfolio.

Nancy Kelly joins as VP, Client Implementations responsible for the successful tailoring and configuration of the Exigen Suite to meet clients’ needs. Nancy joins Exigen Insurance from Accenture where she was a Partner in their Insurance Delivery practice. In her 20 years at Accenture, Nancy has worked with a number of the top insurance companies to drive large, transformational efforts.
