Exigen Group Deploys Initial Phase of "Insurance Process Backbone" at AIG Private Client Group

Exigen Group, a global business process software and services provider, has successfully completed the first phase of a comprehensive initiative to streamline and automate business processes for AIG Private Client Group, a division of the property and casualty insurance subsidiaries of American International Group, Inc.

Exigen Group was engaged to maximize productivity and service at the fast-growing AIG Private Client Group. Exigen deployed industry-specific technology and expertise that encompasses the entire lifecycle of the client relationship, from quote to policy underwriting to claim. The completed initial phase introduced a purely electronic interaction system based on the Exigen® Insurance Process Backbone solution.
